Preliminary Meeting (PM), Tuesday 29 April
Registration – 9.00am
Meeting start – 10.00am
Who – Invited parties who have pre-registered
Purpose – The main purpose of the PM is to discuss the arrangements for the examination of the application. It will focus on the process only, and it will not be looking at the substance of the proposals: Questions, discussions and representations about the merits or disadvantages of the proposed development are for the examination itself which will begin after the close of the PM.

Open floor hearing 1, Tuesday 29 April
Seating available from – 2.00pm
Virtual registration from – 1.45pm
Hearing start – 2.30pm
Who – Invited parties who have pre-registered AND a provision for non-registered people to attend.
Purpose – For the registered interested parties to put forward their objections to the proposed development to the Inspectorate. Advice is that over repetition is frowned upon so people speaking should be aware of that and if possible communicate the subjects you are covering via the whatsapp group or Facebook page.

Issue specific hearing 1 – Wednesday 30 April

Purpose – To examine site selection and alternatives, the scope of the proposed development and the applicants’ assessments.

Purpose – To examine the applicants’ strategic case for compulsory acquisition and temporary possession.
